If you created your account before July 10th, 2018 it is likely you do not have a recovery email or Phone Number associated with your account. We will send you a reset link to this email or a code to the phone number you provide to so you can reset your password more conveniently.

Having trouble? Consider the following ...
  • If you are trying to reset your TouchNet account, you must go to southern.edu/payment.
  • If you are a parent or guest, your username is going to be the email address you used when creating your parent portal or guest account. If you have not changed your recovery email, then it will be the same as your username.
